• We offer Pick-up & Drop-off service from your home or other place designated by you.
• Our transport is safe and secure. Water and natural biscuits are provided at all times.
• Dogs are usually being walked in Wimbledon Common. We generally try to walk our dogs off the lead; however exceptions can be made if circumstances require it. No more than 4 dogs will be walked together at the same time
• We aim to provide a punctual pick-up service, however no responsibility can be taken for possible delays resulting from traffic conditions.
• Dogs should be sociable with other dogs; otherwise individual walks can be arranged
• We accept cash, cheques, bank transfers and card payments via Paypal
• We need to be notified of all cancellations one day prior to the requested date, otherwise full charge will apply.
• Dogs should be up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatment, as well as in general good health.
• It is your responsibility to advice us of any behavioral problems your dog may have.
• Bitches in season cannot be accepted for group walks.
• Puppies can start from 9 weeks old, after first vaccination.
• Although In2Dogs is insured for public liability, dogs should be insured by their owners whenever possible.
• The client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills no matter how they are incurred, whilst under our supervision.
• The walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk if necessary due to extreme weather conditions (such as heat or thunderstorm) for the purpose of safety of both the dogs and the walker
• In2dogs reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time with immediate effect if the dog does not respond well to the walker.
• In2dogs will care for your dog as you would and whilst we make effort to ensure your dog is well looked after in your absence we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a dog whilst under our supervision.
